Yin Yang Yoga
This style of yoga offers the best of both worlds. In the first half of the practice, we work into our fire with a strong flow, inviting heat and energy into the body. In the second half of the practice, we use that heat we have cultivated to deepen into postures that are held for several minutes each, opening long lines of connective tissue and settling into deep relaxation. If you are interested in Yin or Restorative yoga but only have an hour of the day to dedicate to vigorous exercise, this is the perfect class for you. You will get the intensity you are seeking paired with obligatory rest to dampen stress and induce a state of rest and calm.
